Adult Yoga
Gentle/Beginner Yoga
This weekly 1-hour class would be a gentle or slower yoga class focused on learning poses & alignment to increase flexibility, balance, and mobility. We will also practice techniques to reduce stress and calm the mind.
- Please bring your own yoga mat
- Yoga Blocks and Yoga Straps included
- Wednesdays and/or Fridays (two separate registrations)
- 09:30am-10:30am for Wednesday
- 10:00am-1100am for Friday

Chair/Supported Yoga
This weekly 1-hour class would be a stress-free yoga class open to all abilities and all ages. This class is popular with Seniors. We will use chairs and other appropriate props to allow attendees to access poses/actions to improve mobility, balance and flexibility. We will also practice techniques to achieve relaxation and a calmer mind.
