Wrestling (K-6th Grade)

The Kindergarten through 6th Grade Wrestling Program is designed to introduce young athletes to the sport of wrestling in a fun, safe, and supportive environment. The program focuses on teaching fundamental wrestling techniques, sportsmanship, discipline, teamwork, and physical fitness while building self-confidence and respect for others. Participants will receive age-appropriate instruction from qualified coaches through practices and friendly competitions, emphasizing skill development and personal growth over winning.
